Program

The deadline to submit edits to the program (title, abstract, speakers) is November 1.

 

Registration

Registration will open on September 1.

Cancellation Policy:  Registration fees will be fully refunded if you cancel before December 1, 2021.  Cancellations after December 1, 2021 will not be refunded.  Registration refunds must be requested in writing to [email protected].

March 30:  Call for Proposal submission deadline
May 26:  Call for Proposal acceptance emails to be sent
June 9:  Program acceptance due
June 18:  Draft program will be available
August 15:  Paper to be uploaded for JSCE consideration
September 1:  Registration and hotel block opens
November 1:  Deadline to submit edits to the program (title, abstract, speakers)
December 1:  All presenters must be registered or they will be removed from the program

The 2022 Annual Meeting will be hosted in Costa Mesa, California.

Only registered attendees of the 2022 Annual Meeting (SCE, SJE, SSME) can book within the meeting’s room block.  The Society of Christian Ethics will do an audit with the hotel to ensure only registered members have booked hotel rooms.  Those that have not registered for the Annual Meeting will be removed from the block, forfeiting the discounted rate.
 

Exhibitor & Sponsorship Opportunities

Opportunities to exhibit and sponsor at the 2022 Annual Meeting will open in September with registration.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, organizers, volunteers, and staff must abide by the SCE Standards of Professional Conduct.

 

COVID-19 Update

The Society of Christian Ethics continues to closely monitor the coronavirus outbreak as the health and safety of our members and attendees is our highest priority.  We are tracking all travel restrictions and will follow the advice of the World Health OrganizationU.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the California Department of Public Health.
