Employment - Northwestern University: One-Year Visiting Position

Northwestern University, Evanston Illinois.  Open rank, one-year visiting position, beginning fall quarter, 2012. The successful applicant will teach one seminar as part of The Brady Scholars Program in Ethics and Civic Life, will give three public lectures on themes related to The Brady Program, and will provide intensive pedagogical mentoring and research advising throughout the academic year to students, participating fully in social interactions. We require at least five years of teaching experience at the college level, and documentation of teaching excellence. The undergraduates involved in this program pursue a three-yearcourse of study on issues of civic and moral concern. Details can be found at www.bradyprogram.northwestern.edu.
