2014 REGISTRATIONS and RESERVATIONS

Register for the meeting before December 1. Early birds are rewarded with a $50 reduction in fees. Your early registration helps us gauge our numbers in a timely fashion, thus to secure sufficient rooms and to enable hotel staff to serve us better and ensure a more enjoyable conference for all.  Any registration postmarked or faxed after December 1, 2013, however, will be charged the higher rate. Remember you must pay your annual dues in order to register at the member rate.

Please make sure to book your hotel room at the Westin Seattle by December 1 in order to guarantee the following conference rates:

$120 for prepaid nonrefundable for only the nights of January 9, 10, 11 – singles or doubles; $30 for each additional person per night.
$139 for refundable registration for January 5-15 – singles or doubles; $30 for each additional person per night.

There is no paper form to reserve your hotel room. Attendees have until December 1, 2013, to make their reservations. Rooms are limited so book early. Rates apply to the dates of the conference and the 3 days prior to and following the meeting only for the $139 rate. If you wish to extend your stay outside of these dates, you will need to book a separate reservation on the Web site or contact the hotel directly

Please know that we were again able to negotiate complimentary internet in guest rooms and complimentary access to the fitness center and pool. If the reserved block of rooms fills early, we may be able to add more rooms at the conference rate, but our negotiating leverage diminishes rapidly as we approach the December deadline. So book early!
