Ads in the Journal of the Society of Christian Ethics

The JSCE is published twice a year with a distribution of approximately 1325. Advertisements may include books published, graduate programs, summer programs and conferences. Cost: $400 for single full page ad, $270 for half page ad, 20% reduction ($700) if ad reservation is made and paid in advance for 2 issues.

Mechanical specifications:

• 5" x 7" (full page), 5" x 3" (half page). The trim size of the book is 6" x 9".
• Requirements: Black and white only. 
• Ads may be sent by email in a pdf or jpg file with the resolution at 300 dpi.

Copy due no later than: September 1 for Fall issue; March 1 for Spring issue.

Book Reviews

Publishers are invited to submit books known to be authored by a member of the Society of Christian Ethics and/or the Society of Jewish Ethics to be considered for review in the Journal of the Society of Christian Ethics. Books should be mailed to:

Mailing List

The mailing list of the Society of Christian Ethics membership is available for purchase. Cost is $150 for a one time use only. Payment and draft of the mailing piece must be received prior to the list being sent. The list can be mailed on labels or emailed in an excel file. Purchaser can indicate if they want all members or just U.S. members. Contact Linda Schreiber, Associate Executive Director, at the Society’s office listed below.

Annual Meeting Ads

Ad space in the printed program of the Annual Meeting is granted on a first come basis. Ads must be submitted by email file in the correct size, in black and white, and ready for print. The prices are as follows.

• Inside back cover: $325 full page
• Other locations: $225 full page
• Full page is 8 ½ x 11 with 1.5” margins

Display & Exhibits at Annual Meeting

Display/exhibit space is available at the annual meetings of the Society of Christian Ethics. On average 500 members and interested others attend the meeting each year. Exhibits are ordinarily located in registration and break halls where people browse, buy, and gather. The meeting runs concurrently with the Society of Jewish Ethics. We encourage publishers to include books that might be of interest to ethicists of all religious traditions.
